TicketFusion is a music event discovery site. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we don’t.

What we don’t collect

We don’t sell tickets, so we never handle payment details, and we don’t ask you to create an account to browse. We don’t collect names, addresses or payment information.

What we do collect

• Analytics. Aggregate, privacy-preserving usage data — which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are, which filters get used. We use this to decide what to build. It is not tied to a named person.
• Server logs. Standard request logs including IP address, kept briefly for security and debugging.
• Email address, only if you choose to give it to us — for example by contacting us or subscribing to updates. We use it for that purpose and nothing else.

Cookies

We use only what the site needs to function. We don’t run advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. Filters and searches are held in the page URL rather than in a cookie, which is also why a filtered view is shareable.

Links to marketplaces

When you click through to a marketplace such as Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, StubHub or Vivid Seats, you are on their site under their privacy policy, not ours. Some of those links are affiliate links, which means the marketplace may record that the visit came from us so that any commission is attributed correctly. We don’t receive information about what you looked at or bought beyond aggregate commission reporting.

Sharing

We don’t sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site — hosting, analytics, email — and only as required for them to provide that service, or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from any email at any time. Contact us and we’ll act on it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the GDPR or the CCPA; we apply the same standard to everyone.

Children

The site isn’t directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we’ll update the date above and note the change on the site.
